First Year Course Enrolment 101!

First year course enrolment is set to begin July 21st (Check Acorn for your assigned start time)

Are you interested in learning more about anthropology @ UTM? I'm sure your first question might just be: what is anthropology?


Anthropology is the global and holistic study of human biology and behavior, and includes four subfields: biological anthropology, archaeology, sociocultural anthropology and linguistic anthropology. The material covered is directed to answering the question: What makes us human?


Hopefully that sparked your interest! Look no further, the Department of Anthropology offers courses that introduces you the field. Side note: These courses might just bring out your inner anthropologist and propel you to pursue the program and anthropological research further!
